报告摘要：The local Hilbert' s 16th problem, which asks for the maximum number of small amplitude limit cycles of a polynomial system, is a very difficult problem and still open in general. In this paper we solve the problem for a class of polynomial systems of Li'enard type present an application to Rayleigh-Li'enard system. We and obtain the maximum number of small amplitude limit cycles for these kinds of polynomial systems
报告人简介：韩茂安，男，二级教授、博士生导师。1982年2月毕业于山东科技大学数学系，分别于1984年11月和 1987年6月在南京大学获得硕士和博士学位。1987年7月至1996年10月间在山东科技大学工作，1996年11月至2005年5月间在上海交通大学工作，2005年6月-2021年12月在上海师大工作至退休，2018年10月起作为浙江师大杰出教授在浙江师大任职。曾获得获得宝钢优秀教师奖，曾作为第一完成人分别获得教育部科技进步一等奖、上海市自然科学二等奖、上海市自然科学三等奖、上海市教学成果二等奖，已连续8次主持国家自然科学基金项目，主持一项国家自然科学基金重点项目（2020-2024），已培养博士和博士后60多人，发表SCI论文300多篇，教学研究论文10多篇，在国内外出版专著和教材10余部。曾任上海交大首席教授、上海交大数学系常务副主任、上海师大数51吃瓜网
副院长、上海师大数学系主任、上海师范大学学位委员会副主席、上海师大数学研究所所长与动力系统中心主任。曾作为学术带头人申请上海师范大学数学一级学科博士点获得成功，作为项目负责人申请上海市数学高峰学科获得成功，作为主编分别在上海交大、上海师大与浙江师大等三所大学创办三家国际数学杂志Communication on Pure and Applied Analysis(CPAA)、Journal of Applied Analysis and Computation(JAAC)、Journal of Nonlinear Modeling and Analysis(JNMA)。
